Most of our furniture is made to order to provide you with the specific options you desire. Our furniture is shipped directly from our manufacturers and generally takes 8 to 14 weeks for delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided in the description of each furniture piece and vary by manufacturer. All ship times are estimates only. We are unable to guarantee delivery times with made to order furniture items.
White Glove Delivery Service (WGDS)
We track your order from the time it leaves the manufacturer until it is delivered to your home. We take great strides in getting your furniture to you promptly and in pristine condition. For this reason, all furniture orders are delivered utilizing our White Glove Delivery Service (WGDS). We offer two levels of WGDS - Platinum and Silver. You are asked to chose Platinum or Silver WGDS for each furniture item you select and the applicable charges will be added.
Silver - Our service partner receives your furniture and notifies you with a delivery window within 48 hours. Silver service level provides delivery over your threshold into your home. If you need your items carried up stairs into a room of choice, there may be an additional charge. Please contact us at 866-936-4569 (GLOW). The product will be left in the original packaging.
Platinum - Our service partner receives and inspects your furniture and notifies you with a delivery window within 48 hours. Platinum service level provides a two man delivery inside your residence to the room you chose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs (to the the third floor of residence) from the building threshold (four to fifteen steps equals one flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights of stairs, please contact us at 866-936-4569 (GLOW). The product will be left in the original packaging. Once the product is in the room you request, the shipper will unpack the product and provide set-up which requires basic tools. The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
Furniture Shipping/Delivery Charges
Furniture shipping charges are 10% of the total cost of all pieces purchased (see table below). White Glove Delivery Service (WGDS) charges are based upon the level of service you choose (Silver or Platinum) and is calculated on a per product basis when placing items into your shopping cart. Some remote or isolated locations require an up-charge. We will contact you with additional charges, if required. Furniture orders, for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, require a price quote and payment via telephone at 866-936-4569 (GLOW). We are unable to deliver outside of the United States.
It is critical that you are available to receive your delivery so that you may personally inspect each piece of furniture (Platinum Delivery) or all boxes (Silver Delivery). You will be asked to sign-off on the delivery conveying your acceptance and complete satisfaction. Any type of damage must be noted and communicated in writing to the delivery team. If you sign-off on the delivery without noting any damage you will be solely responsible for any required repairs or replacement of the damaged items. If damage is noted, contact us immediately at 866-936-4569 (GLOW).
Firefly Furnishings is offering Free Shipping on orders over $99 for gifts, gear, accessories and other eligible items to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Items will usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days once they become available for shipping. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii generally take an additional 3 to 5 days. Charges are applied for each delivery address per order.

Please add $15 for eligible shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. We are unable to ship to foreign countries. Some heavy or oversized items may require a shipping surcharge that will be noted when placing the item into your cart.
Some items are eligible for rush shipping for an additional fee. Please call us at 866-936-4569 (GLOW), if you are interested in having a purchase expedited.
Sales tax will not be charged when delivery is for an address outside the state of Colorado. We are required to collect 7.72% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Colorado.
In some cases, items may be back ordered and unavailable for immediate delivery. We will make every attempt to notify you on the website prior to purchase. If however, the delay is unforeseen, we will notify you via email or phone and ship the item(s) as soon as available. If you do not wish to wait for the availability of an item that has become back ordered, please contact us via email or phone at 866-936-4569 (GLOW).
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Please complete the Return Form and return the unused item(s) in their original packaging via insured mail. When we receive your return, we will issue a credit, exchange or store credit as requested on your return form. Items are not returnable after 14 days or if they have been used.
Furniture and Personalized Items
Furniture and personalized items are non-returnable.
Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If an item was shipped to you free of charge during a promotion, you will be refunded the price of the item(s) being returned less the applicable shipping charges.
All sale items are final.

Secure Transactions and Confidentiality
Your privacy is very important to us. When you place an order on our website, we collect certain information to assure a seamless transaction and delivery. This information includes name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card information. All of this information is processed via a secure and encrypted server and is used only as needed by Firefly Furnishings to complete order processing.
By signing-up to receive our e-newsletter, The Firefly Buzz, we collect your email address. We contract with a third-party to send this communication. Email addresses are owned by Firefly Furnishings and are not shared, sold or used for any purpose other than sending our newsletter.

Firefly Furnishings offers the highest quality furnishings. We work with top manufacturers who pride themselves on exceptional, safety-minded products. In the unfortunate event that an injury occurs as a result of a product purchased through our website, Firefly Furnishings cannot be held liable.
Gift wrapping is available for most items for $5 per item. In some cases, gift wrapping may be provided complimentary. The gift wrap option is shown, when available, when placing items in your shopping cart.
